We have officially completed the renovation of the first building at Stara Rzeźnia!
This was a full-scale renovation—from basement to roof. First, we secured the trees around the building, then excavated the foundations and installed waterproofing. The facade has been restored to near-perfect condition. We also demolished an unsightly annex that had been added during the Communist era.

Inside, some ceilings were removed, a new staircase was cast, all walls were cleaned, and every single installation was replaced. The building received new windows and doors, except for one original window, which was preserved as a historical reference. Some doors were restored and secured in their original places. The completely new attic structure now has a brand-new roof frame and tiles. All of this was accomplished in just 12 months! Phew!
