The architectural and conservation research program at the Old Slaughterhouse, which began in late September, has been completed. At this time, scaffolding has appeared on the site, from which the conservation team will conduct research work. We want to gain a good understanding of the challenges that may be encountered in the renovation of old buildings, so that in subsequent stages of the project these stylish buildings can be restored to their former appearance. The research program was carried out under the supervision of the City Conservator of Monuments.
