The revitalization of Stara Rzeznia begins with the first building, known as H17 or, according to the original plans, the Southern Residential House. This building was constructed during the first phase of the project in 1898 and originally housed administrative employees of the plant.

As part of the renovation, the building will undergo thorough waterproofing, the unsightly extension from the Communist era will be demolished, and the facade will be pressure-cleaned. The roof structure and tiles will be replaced, and the building will receive new windows and doors. In agreement with the Office of the City Conservator, we plan to retain only one original window, complete with its iron grille, which is visible from Garbary Street.

Inside, some ceilings are being replaced, and a new staircase is being installed, but it will be fitted with a recreated, stylish balustrade. Additionally, all installations and wooden floors will be replaced.
