Storms and downpours are no threat to us!

A stormwater collector is being reconstructed at Stara Rzeźnia in Poznań. This 360-meter-long section will collect excess rainwater from the historic Old Town area. The entire investment is financed by Vastint Poland.
“The collector is a concrete pipe with a diameter of 1.6 meters, designed to efficiently handle the increasing frequency of heavy rainfall due to climate change. In Poznań, such extreme weather events occur about ten times a year,” says Ewa Łydkowska, spokesperson for Vastint Poland. “We are pleased to contribute to Poznan’s infrastructure. While this investment does not directly serve the new development at Stara Rzeźnia, it benefits all residents of the city.”
