Meanwhile, at our site, the work is progressing rapidly. Soon, we will begin finishing the interiors of one of the villas visible from Garbary Street while continuing to perfect the facade—brick by brick. New roof tiles have been installed on a fully restored roof structure. We had to work quickly to prevent rain from seeping inside.

The architectural concept for this Vastint Poland project was developed by UGO Architecture, founded by the late Przemysław Borkowicz and Hugo Kowalski. The final design was prepared by JSK Architects, led by Mariusz Rutz and Zbigniew Pszczulny. The current phase of restoration—covering two villas and a historic gatehouse—is being carried out by Erbud Group.
