As we complete the renovation of the first building in the Stara Rzeznia complex, it coincides with a significant milestone—exactly 125 years since the construction of Poznan’s municipal slaughterhouse. Interestingly, this first restored building was also one of the very first built as part of the original investment. It was completed in 1898—two years before the entire facility became operational. Originally, it served as a residential building for administrative staff.
