Some 500 functional apartments of various sizes will be built in residential buildings in the western and southern parts of Stara Rzeznia (the Old Slaughterhouse) — from small efficient studios, through traditional apartments to impressive apartments on top floors. Most apartments will have balconies or terraces.

All residential buildings will have an underground floor, primarily intended for a garage, so that the area of Rzeznia will be available for pedestrians and cyclists. Service functions will be located on the ground floors.

The apartments will be thoughtfully finished using high-quality decorative materials in a variety of styles, offering the opportunity to move into the apartments immediately after purchase. 

The sales program will be launched after the completion of the investment.
